Creating Your First Pipeline
A quick-start walkthrough to create a pipeline, find candidates, and start screening.
This guide walks you through the complete workflow — from creating a pipeline to reviewing your first AI-screened candidates. It takes about 10 minutes.
Step 1: Create a pipeline
- 1
Navigate to Pipelines
Click "Pipelines" in the left sidebar.

- 2
Click "New Pipeline"
This opens the pipeline creation form.

- 3
Enter your job criteria
Fill in the role title, department, location, experience level, required skills, and any other relevant criteria. Alternatively, upload a job description PDF and let the AI extract the criteria for you.

- 4
Save the pipeline
Click "Create Pipeline". Your pipeline is now active and ready for candidates.

Step 2: Find candidates with AI Search
- 1
Navigate to Search
Click "Search" in the left sidebar.

- 2
Type a natural language query
For example: "Senior React engineer in London with 5+ years experience, open to hybrid work". The AI will translate this into a structured search and return matching profiles.

- 3
Review match scores
Each result shows an AI match score (0–100%) based on how well the candidate fits your criteria. Higher scores mean better fits.

- 4
Add candidates to your pipeline
Select the candidates you want to pursue and click "Add to Pipeline". Choose the pipeline you just created.

Step 3: Screen with AI Interview
- 1
Open a candidate profile
Click any candidate in your pipeline to open their profile.
- 2
Create an interview link
Click "Schedule Interview" and create an AI interview link. The AI will conduct a structured video interview with the candidate.
- 3
Send the invitation
Send the interview link to the candidate via email. They can complete it at a time that works for them.
- 4
Review results
Once complete, navigate to Interviews to see the transcript, AI analysis, and recommendation.
You can set up AI interviews to go out automatically when candidates are added to the Screening stage — check the pipeline settings for automation options.
