Understanding the Dashboard
What the metrics and sections on your dashboard mean and how to use them.
The dashboard is your recruiting command center. It gives you an at-a-glance view of activity across all your pipelines and team members.
Key metrics
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Candidates | All candidates across all pipelines in your organization. |
| Active Pipelines | Pipelines with status "Active" — roles you're currently hiring for. |
| In Interview | Candidates who currently have an AI interview in progress or scheduled. |
| Searches | Number of AI candidate searches run this period. |
| Reveals | Number of contact details revealed this period. |
| Team Members | Users who have access to your organization. |
Recent Candidates
Shows the latest candidates added across all your pipelines. Click any candidate to open their full profile. The colored badge indicates which pipeline stage they're in.
Active Pipelines
A quick-access list of your active pipelines with candidate counts. Click a pipeline to open it and see all its candidates.
Search History
Your recent AI searches are listed here. Click any search to re-run it with the same query.
Hiring Pipeline Visualization
A bar chart showing how many candidates are in each stage (New, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected) across all your active pipelines.
If you see a bottleneck (e.g., many candidates stuck in Screening), that's a signal to either take action on those candidates or add more capacity for that stage.
