Understanding Credits
What credits are, how they're used, and how to get more.
RecruiteeAI uses a credit system to power AI operations. Credits are consumed when you perform actions that use external data or AI processing — like running a candidate search, revealing contact details, or scheduling an AI interview.
What uses credits?

You can see exact credit costs at any time by going to Settings → Credits → "View credit costs".
Checking your balance
Your current credit balance is visible in the sidebar. To see your full transaction history and usage analytics, go to Settings → Credits.
Getting more credits

Go to Settings → Billing
Navigate to the billing page from the left sidebar under Settings.

Select a credit package
Choose from the available credit packages. Larger packages offer better value per credit.

Complete checkout
You'll be directed to a secure Stripe checkout. Credits are added to your account instantly after payment.
Earning free credits
- Refer a new user — both you and the referred user earn credits when they sign up using your referral link.
- Write a review — submit a product review to earn bonus credits.
- Invite a colleague — invite a team member to your organization and earn credits.
Visit the Referrals page (in the sidebar) to get your personal referral link and start earning free credits.
