How RecruiteeAI's natural language search finds candidates across millions of profiles.
RecruiteeAI's search works differently from traditional job board search. Instead of filtering by checkboxes, you describe the person you're looking for in plain English — and the AI translates that description into a structured query, searches across multiple professional data sources, and returns ranked, scored results.
How it works
- 1. You type a natural language description of the ideal candidate.
- 2. The AI parses your query and builds a structured search across fields like title, skills, location, and experience.
- 3. The search runs across multiple data providers (People Data Labs, Lusha, Hunter, Apollo, and others).
- 4. Results are ranked by an AI match score — a 0–100% rating of how well each candidate fits your description.
- 5. You can add candidates directly from search results to any of your pipelines.
Running a search

Navigate to Search
Click "Search" in the left sidebar.

Type your query
Enter a description of the candidate you're looking for. Be as specific or general as you need — the AI handles interpretation.

Press Enter or click Search
The search runs and results begin streaming in. You'll see candidates appear with their match score, current title, location, and a brief summary.

Review and act on results
Browse the results, click any candidate to see more detail, reveal their contact info, or add them to a pipeline.

Each search within your organization consumes credits based on the number of results returned. You can see the estimated cost before running the search.
Use the search history (visible under the search bar or on the dashboard) to quickly re-run previous searches without retyping the query.
