Adding Candidates from Search

Once you've found candidates through AI search, the next step is to add them to a pipeline so you can track and engage them.

   Hover over a candidate in search results

   Move your cursor over a result card to reveal action buttons.

   Click "Add to Pipeline"

   Click the button. A dropdown will appear listing your active pipelines.

   Select a pipeline

   Choose the pipeline this candidate belongs to. The candidate is immediately added in the "New" stage.

   Select candidates using checkboxes

   Each result card has a checkbox. Select all the candidates you want to add.

   Click "Add Selected to Pipeline"

   A bulk action toolbar appears at the bottom. Click "Add to Pipeline".

   Choose the pipeline and confirm

   Select the target pipeline and confirm. All selected candidates are added at once.
