Candidate Overview

How to browse, filter, and sort all candidates across your pipelines.

The Candidates page shows every candidate across all your pipelines in a single unified view. This is useful for getting a cross-pipeline picture of your talent pool without switching between individual pipeline views.

Navigating to Candidates

  1. 1

    Click "Candidates" in the sidebar

This opens the global candidates list.

    Click "Candidates" in the sidebar

Filtering candidates

You can narrow the list using the filter controls at the top of the page:

  • Filter by stage — Show only candidates in a specific stage (New, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected).
  • Filter by pipeline — Show only candidates from a specific pipeline.
  • Search by name — Type a name or keyword to find specific candidates.

Sorting candidates

Use the sort controls to order candidates by:

  • Date added (newest first) — Default. Shows the most recently added candidates at the top.
  • Date added (oldest first) — Shows the longest-standing candidates first.
  • Name (A–Z or Z–A) — Alphabetical sort by candidate name.

If you're looking for candidates within a specific role, use the pipeline view instead of the global candidates list — it gives you better context about where each candidate is in the hiring process.
