A tour of the candidate profile — tabs, data sections, and available actions.
The candidate profile is the central hub for everything related to a specific candidate. It contains their professional information, AI match analysis, activity history, notes, and all available actions.
Opening a profile
Click on any candidate's name anywhere in the app — in a pipeline view, the Candidates page, or search results — to open their profile.
Profile tabs
| Tab | Contents |

| Overview | The candidate's professional summary, skills, experience, education, and AI match analysis. |
| Activity | A chronological log of all actions taken on this candidate — stage changes, emails sent, interview scheduling, notes added, etc. |
| Notes | Team notes and comments about the candidate. Add, edit, or delete notes here. |
| History | Candidate's full interaction history with your organization. |
Candidate data sections
- Contact info — Email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, and social links. Revealed contacts are shown here.
- Summary — AI-generated or profile-sourced professional summary.
- Skills — Listed technical and soft skills.
- Experience — Work history including company names, titles, and dates.
- Education — Degrees, institutions, and graduation years.
- Location — Current city and country.
Actions available from the profile
- Change stage — Move the candidate to a different pipeline stage.
- Reveal contact — Unlock email address or phone number.
- Schedule interview — Create and send an AI interview link.
- Add note — Leave a note for your team about this candidate.
- Upload document — Attach a resume or other document to this candidate.
- Rate — Give the candidate a star rating (1–5) for quick team reference.
- Delete — Remove the candidate from the pipeline.
