Adding Candidate Notes
How to add, edit, and manage notes on candidate profiles for team collaboration.
Notes allow your team to share context, observations, and feedback about a candidate directly in their profile. Notes are visible to all members with access to the organization.
Adding a note

Open the candidate profile
Click any candidate to open their profile.

Go to the Notes tab
Click the "Notes" tab inside the candidate profile.

Type your note
Click in the text area and type your note. Notes support plain text.

Save the note
Click "Add Note" or press the submit button. Your note will appear below with your name and timestamp.

Editing and deleting notes
You can edit or delete notes you've written. Hover over a note to reveal the edit (pencil) and delete (trash) icons. Notes written by other team members can only be deleted by Admins or Owners.
Use notes to capture interview impressions, recruiter observations, or reasons for stage changes. This creates a shared history that helps the whole team stay aligned on each candidate.
