Candidate Documents

How to upload, download, and manage documents attached to individual candidates.

You can attach documents directly to a candidate profile — such as their CV, portfolio, cover letter, or any other relevant file. These are visible to all team members with access.

Uploading a document

    Open the candidate profile

    Click the candidate to open their profile.

    Find the Documents section

    Look for the documents area in the candidate profile — usually in the Overview tab or a dedicated Documents section.

    Upload the file

    Click "Upload Document" or drag a file into the upload zone. Common file formats including PDF, DOCX, and images are supported.

Downloading documents

Click the download icon next to any document to save it to your device.

Deleting documents

Click the trash icon next to a document to delete it. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting a candidate document is permanent. Ensure you no longer need the file before removing it.
