Contact Reveal

How to reveal a candidate's email address or phone number, and how credits are used.

Candidate profiles sourced from search results may have contact details (email, phone number) hidden by default. You can reveal these details individually to get direct contact information. Each reveal consumes a small number of credits.

How credits are charged

  • Email reveals and phone reveals have separate credit costs.
  • Each reveal only costs credits once — re-viewing a previously revealed contact is free.
  • Credits are deducted from your organization's balance, not from individual user accounts.

Not all candidate profiles have contact information available. If no contact details are found, you won't be charged credits.

To see how many credits each reveal type costs, go to Settings → Credits → "View credit costs".
