Contact Reveal
How to reveal a candidate's email address or phone number, and how credits are used.
Candidate profiles sourced from search results may have contact details (email, phone number) hidden by default. You can reveal these details individually to get direct contact information. Each reveal consumes a small number of credits.
Revealing contact details
- 1
Open the candidate profile
Click the candidate whose details you want to reveal.

- 2
Find the Contact section
In the Overview tab, find the contact information section. Hidden details will show a masked value (e.g., "●●●●@gmail.com") with a "Reveal" button next to it.

- 3
Click "Reveal Email" or "Reveal Phone"
Click the reveal button for the contact type you want. You'll see a credit cost confirmation prompt.

- 4
Confirm the reveal
Confirm to spend the credits. The full contact detail will be displayed immediately.

How credits are charged
- Email reveals and phone reveals have separate credit costs.
- Each reveal only costs credits once — re-viewing a previously revealed contact is free.
- Credits are deducted from your organization's balance, not from individual user accounts.
Not all candidate profiles have contact information available. If no contact details are found, you won't be charged credits.
To see how many credits each reveal type costs, go to Settings → Credits → "View credit costs".
