Bulk Operations
How to perform actions on multiple candidates simultaneously — stage changes, outreach, and more.
Bulk operations let you act on many candidates at once. Instead of opening each profile individually, you select multiple candidates and perform one action on all of them.
Selecting candidates for bulk action

Open a pipeline or the Candidates page
Navigate to the view with the candidates you want to manage.

Click individual checkboxes or the header checkbox
Each row has a checkbox on the left. Click individual ones to select specific candidates, or click the top checkbox to select all visible candidates.

The bulk action toolbar appears
Once at least one candidate is selected, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen showing available actions.
Available bulk actions
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Change Stage | Moves all selected candidates to a chosen pipeline stage simultaneously. |
| Send Email | Opens a compose window to write a single email that will be sent to all selected candidates. |
| Compare | Opens the side-by-side comparison panel for the selected candidates. |
| Delete | Permanently removes all selected candidates from the pipeline. |
Bulk delete is permanent. Always double-check your selection before confirming a deletion.
