Bulk Actions in Pipelines

Bulk actions let you manage many candidates at once without clicking through each profile individually. This is especially useful when you need to move a batch of candidates through stages or send outreach to multiple people.

   Open a pipeline

   Navigate to the pipeline with the candidates you want to manage.

   Check the selection checkboxes

   Each candidate row has a checkbox on the left. Click individual checkboxes to select specific candidates, or click the header checkbox to select all visible candidates.

   Use the bulk action toolbar

   Once one or more candidates are selected, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen with available bulk actions.

   

• Change stage — Move all selected candidates to a chosen stage simultaneously.
• Send outreach email — Compose and send an email to all selected candidates at once.
• Delete candidates — Remove all selected candidates from the pipeline.
