Managing Pipeline Status

How to pause, reactivate, or close a pipeline when hiring is on hold or complete.

Pipelines have three statuses: Active, Paused, and Closed. Managing status keeps your dashboard clean and prevents accidental activity on roles you're no longer filling.

StatusMeaning
ActiveThe role is open and the pipeline is in use. Candidates can be added and moved through stages.
PausedHiring is temporarily on hold. The pipeline and all its candidates are preserved but the role is not being actively worked.
ClosedThe role has been filled or cancelled. The pipeline is archived.
