Viewing Interview Results
How to review AI interview transcripts, scores, and recommendations.
After a candidate completes their AI interview, the full transcript and AI analysis become available in the Interviews section. This gives you everything you need to make an informed decision without watching the entire recording.
Accessing interview results

Navigate to Interviews
Click "Interviews" in the left sidebar to see all interview sessions.

Find the completed interview
Completed sessions are marked with a checkmark or "Complete" status. Click the session to open the results.

Review the analysis
The results page shows the AI recommendation (Hire / No Hire / Consider), an overall score, and a summary of the candidate's performance.

Read the transcript
Scroll down to read the full conversation transcript — every question asked and the candidate's verbatim response.
What's in the results
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Recommendation | The AI's overall assessment: Hire, No Hire, or Consider (with reservations). |
| Score | A numerical score (0–100) representing overall interview performance. |
| Summary | A paragraph summary of the candidate's key strengths, weaknesses, and relevant experience based on the interview. |
| Transcript | The complete question-and-answer exchange, word for word. |
The AI recommendation is a starting point, not a final decision. Always read the transcript summary and apply your own judgment — especially for borderline candidates.
