Sending an Interview Invitation
How to send a candidate their AI interview link via email.
Once you've created an interview link, you can send it to the candidate directly from RecruiteeAI. The platform generates a professional invitation email with your organization's branding and the candidate's unique interview link.

Create an interview link first
Follow the steps in "Scheduling an AI Interview" to generate the candidate's unique interview link.

Click "Send Invitation"
After creating the link, click "Send Invitation" or "Email Candidate". This opens the invitation email dialog.

Review the email
The system pre-populates an invitation email with the candidate's name, the role title, and the interview link. Review and customize the message if needed.

Send the email
Click "Send". The candidate will receive the email with their personal interview link and instructions on how to complete the interview.

What the candidate receives
The candidate gets an email explaining that they've been invited to complete a short AI video interview. The email includes the link, estimated duration, and instructions. They can complete it at any time.
The invitation email is sent from RecruiteeAI's mail system. Make sure the candidate's email address is correct in their profile before sending. You can reveal and verify it first if needed.
If the candidate's email address hasn't been revealed yet, use the Contact Reveal feature first to get their verified email address.
