Scheduling an AI Interview
How to create an AI interview link for a candidate.
To start an AI interview, you create a unique interview link for a specific candidate. This link contains everything the AI needs to conduct a role-specific interview. You then share that link with the candidate.

Open the candidate profile
Navigate to the candidate you want to interview. They should be in a pipeline that has interview criteria defined.

Click "Schedule Interview"
Look for the "Schedule Interview" or "Create Interview Link" button in the candidate profile actions.

Review interview settings
A dialog will appear showing the interview configuration — the AI will use the pipeline's criteria to generate relevant questions. Review the settings and adjust if needed.

Create the interview link
Click "Create Interview Link". The system generates a unique, secure link for this candidate.

Copy or send the link
You can copy the link to share manually, or proceed directly to sending an invitation email (see "Sending an Interview Invitation").

Interview links are unique per candidate. Don't share one candidate's link with another — each link is tied to the specific candidate's session.
The interview link doesn't expire immediately — candidates have a window to complete it. You'll see the status update in the candidate profile once the interview is complete.
