Setting Up Availability
How to define your available time slots so candidates can book interviews with your team.
The Availability feature lets team members define the time windows when they're available for candidate interviews. Once set, candidates can book directly into these slots without any back-and-forth scheduling.

Navigate to Availability
Click "Availability" in the left sidebar.

Add an availability block
Click "Add Availability" or the "+ " button to create a new time block.

Set the day and time range
Select the day of the week and the start and end times for this availability window. For example: Monday, 9am–12pm.

Set your timezone
Ensure your timezone is correctly set so candidates see accurate booking times in their own timezone.

Save the block
Click "Save". The availability window is now active and will appear as a bookable slot for candidates.

Add more blocks as needed
Create multiple blocks for different days and times to give candidates flexibility.
Removing availability blocks
To remove an availability window, find it in the Availability list and click the delete (trash) icon. Existing bookings within that window are not automatically cancelled — you'll need to manage those separately.
Set your availability to reflect real windows where you can focus on interviews. Avoid adding slots you won't actually honor — candidates will receive a poor experience if you're unavailable.
