RecruiteeAI generates a public booking page for each pipeline where candidates can view available time slots and self-schedule their interview. This eliminates scheduling back-and-forth entirely.
How candidates experience the booking page
- The candidate receives a link (in their interview invitation email or separately provided) to the booking page.
- The page displays your organization's name and logo, the role they're interviewing for, and available time slots.
- The candidate selects a slot that works for them.
- The booking is confirmed and appears in your Bookings section.
- Both the candidate and your team receive confirmation.
What candidates see
The booking page is clean and branded with your organization's name. It shows a calendar view of available slots drawn from the team members' availability settings. Times are shown in the candidate's local timezone.
The booking page only shows availability that's been configured in the Availability section. If no availability is set, candidates won't see any bookable slots.
Share the booking page link early — even before completing the AI interview review — to save time in your process. You can always re-review and reschedule if needed.
