AI Criteria Suggestions
How to use AI to automatically generate or refine pipeline criteria.
Even without a job description PDF, RecruiteeAI can suggest pipeline criteria based on the job title and any partial information you've entered. The AI draws on patterns from thousands of similar roles to recommend relevant skills, experience levels, and other criteria.

Start creating or editing a pipeline
Open the pipeline creation form or edit an existing pipeline.

Enter at least a job title
Type the job title in the Title field. The more context you provide (department, location, level), the better the suggestions will be.

Click "Get AI Suggestions"
Look for the sparkle icon button or "AI Suggest" button near the criteria section. Clicking it sends your partial criteria to the AI for enhancement.

Review the suggestions
The AI will populate or update fields like required skills, preferred skills, experience range, education level, and industries. Review each suggestion.

Accept, edit, or dismiss suggestions
Accept suggestions you agree with, edit ones that need tweaking, and remove any that don't apply to your specific role.
AI suggestions are a starting point — always review and refine them based on your specific hiring context. The more specific your job title (e.g., "Senior React Native Engineer" vs. "Engineer"), the more accurate the suggestions will be.
