Organization Settings
How to update your organization's name, logo, and other settings.
Organization settings let you customize how your company appears within RecruiteeAI and in any candidate-facing pages (like booking pages and interview invitations).
Accessing organization settings

Navigate to Settings
Click "Settings" in the left sidebar.

Select "Organization" or "General"
Find the organization settings section — usually labeled "Organization" or "General Settings".
Updating your organization name

Edit the name field
Find the "Organization Name" field and update it to the correct name.

Save changes
Click "Save" or "Update" to apply the change. The new name will appear in the dashboard header and in candidate-facing pages.
Uploading a logo

Find the logo upload area
In the Organization settings page, find the logo section. You'll see your current logo or a placeholder.

Upload your logo
Click "Upload Logo" or drag your image file (PNG, JPG, SVG) onto the upload zone. For best results, use a square image with a transparent or white background.

Save changes
Click "Save". Your logo will now appear on candidate-facing pages and in the dashboard.
A well-branded organization page (with your real logo and company name) gives candidates a more professional experience and increases interview completion rates.
